Greystone Lodge and Nature Reserve a 3 star graded venue offers complete comfort at truly affordable rates. Situated in the trout triangle, this upmarket venue offers a variety of accommodation for smaller and larger groups.

The Lodge has 8 spacious chalets and 2 two-bedroom two bathrooms luxury lodge suites with individually styled interior décor. All chalets are fully equipped for self-catering and furnished to a very high standard. A small safe is installed in each chalet for your valuables. There is a built-in fireplace in each chalet and an outdoor braai is also available with firewood for both supplied free of charge.

Chalets 1 & 2 have one double bedroom with an en-suite shower and toilet. The chalet sleeps two persons only.

Chalets 3 to 5 each have two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with twin beds. Both rooms share a bathroom. These chalets sleep four persons.

Chalets 6 & 7 each have two bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds. Both rooms share a shower. These chalets sleep four persons.

Chalet 8 has three bedrooms, one with a double and en-suite bath and shower, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third twin beds, both sharing a toilet and shower. This chalet sleeps six persons.

Main Lodge Suites are self-contained apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full size kitchen and large lounge with balcony and DSTV. These are not suitable for children under 16.

Other Information

All chalets are close to the Main Lodge where the restaurant and bar are located. They are also close to our dam which is fully stocked with trout (only fly-fishing permitted). Rods are available for hire at reception. DSTV is available in the pub, restaurant and lodge suites.

Golf driving range is open for guest use and mountain bikes are available for hire. Clay pigeon shooting is available between 10 am and 4 pm daily.

1 bedroom chalet – R595 per night

2 bedroom chalet – R995 per night

3 bedroom chalet – R1490 per night

2 bedroom luxury suites – R1240 per night
